Created as a tribute to our courageous sister-in-law, the Donna M. Crandall Memorial Foundation has raised over $2.4 million dollars in the past 19 years. We remain a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to making life a little easier for local cystic fibrosis (CF) patients and their families.

The Foundation continues to be resource to those with specific, significant financial challenges. With your help we have never had to say no to a patient in need. This year, we delivered our 1900th gift bag and opened Dawn’s Room, a peaceful, private hospital room where families can gather and patients can heal.

The 19th Emerald Eve we will celebrate the “Courage of CF.” We will highlight courageous local patients who never let CF stand in their way, but rather accomplished great things in spite of it. Donna Crandall fought her own courageous battle with CF for forty-one years. She was a devoted wife and mother. After graduating from Siena College in 1979, Donna worked as a manager for the Retirement Services Group at Ayco for nearly twenty years. She was extremely organized, highly motivated and never willing to slow down. It was not in her nature to give up. She passed away on a snowy Friday night, but was at work just three days before.

You will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of items in our silent auction.
