Celebrating10 Years! Just look how far we’ve come…

Time flies. The Donna M. Crandall Memorial Foundation is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and wishes to sincerely thank its supporters. Together, over $1 million has been raised to positively impact the lives of local patients and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF).

The Foundation was borne from a promise that Donna Crandall would never be forgotten. “It is humbling and
encouraging that a community could so generously and enthusiastically embrace that promise,” said Lisa
Cheney, Donna’s sister-in-law and Foundation vice president. “Our friends and community have helped
turn that dream into a million-dollar charity that has changed hundreds of lives.”

As the Foundation strives to make day-to-day living with CF a little easier, there have also been important
advances in the treatment of CF over the past 10 years: Expectant parents now have screening tests that
can prepare them for any health challenges their child might have and ensure that a baby begins
appropriate care as soon as possible. Organ transplantation and ground-breaking new treatments have improved the quality of life and the life expectancy of CF patients.

One thing that hasn’t changed over the past 10 years is that the Foundation has never
turned away anyone in need. And your support helps make it so.

The past 10 years gives new meaning to the phrase “Anything is possible.”
